Submitting a tool

We add AI chatbot and customer support tools to this directory. There is no submission fee, and there is no way to buy a listing, a position, or a score.

If you want your product considered, send us:

• what the product does, in one or two sentences;
• your current pricing tiers, as publicly listed;
• the helpdesk and messaging platforms you integrate with;
• the languages you support;
• any independent benchmark or case study, with a source we can check.

We write the listing ourselves, from public sources. We don't publish vendor-supplied copy as if it were our own assessment, and we don't republish claims we can't verify.

Corrections

If something on this site about your product is wrong or out of date, tell us what is inaccurate and point us to the source that shows it. Corrections are free and don't depend on any commercial relationship.

How this site makes money

Some outbound links are affiliate links, marked as such in the page markup. A commission never buys a better placement or a better write-up, and vendors don't get to review our copy before publication. See our Terms of Use for the full disclosure.
